Social Media Manager

Overview

At Mobin, a Content Manager does more than fill a calendar or publish posts. The role starts with research and ideation, develops into content direction and scripting, guides production, and closes the loop through performance analysis and continuous improvement. Much of our work is in healthcare, so rigorous research and the ability to turn specialist information into clear, trustworthy content are central to the role.

What You'll Do

• Research projects and turn credible Persian and English sources into useful content angles and ideas.
• Develop and manage content direction, calendars, and scripts in line with brand strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and production teams, providing clear and actionable briefs.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, and content development without compromising accuracy, originality, or human judgement.
• Analyse content performance and translate findings into specific improvements to the content plan.
• Own quality, timing, and the final output, following work through until the intended result is achieved.
